Sorry to comment on something 3 years ago but c'mon guys.. it's clearly a fake, the phone in her stomach is pixelated! And an X-ray wouldn't capture the phones features. I'm sure it's just some random picture of an X-ray and some girl

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm pretty sure that's a premature baby elephant. They should weight a couple hundred pounds at birth, that one must weigh 20ish pounds, maybe not even that.
