I got no idea tbh. When i get it I know im dreaming and im asleep. At that point i Can keep myself asleep or wake myself up (pretty handy at nightmares) sometimes if i Dream Something really fucked up, i go; what the hell? In my Dream. Kinda having a conversation with myself while sleeping. I Can also Dream that im sleeping while sleeping.

I Can rem Dream. Like, i Dream Something and make my own choices where to go, also i Can choose when to fly etc. I also choose when to wake up from a Dream. Its not always i Can do it, but it happens
