That's true. Though I think you should always set goals for work outs, no matter if it's for a sport or not. I don't get how people also wouldn't want to join a sport club, because if you do, you can enter competitions and you'll have a goal for your training.

That's true. I'm too young for weight training though I'll probably start with it next year. (I'm 15) My work outs(training) are heavy though. We do a lot of core stability and of course the running. But it's all to get better. Hopefully I'll run under 60 seconds by the end of the next season on a 400 metre run.
