i totally agree but i assume that dropping your car in the water is worse than scraping up the bottom. Maybe they could have used a crane instead?

A 1600 is a perfect score if you only look at the reading and the math sections, which some colleges do. Colleges go by either the 1600 scale or the 2400 scale, so depending on which scale you are looking at, a 1600 can be perfect or just ok.
