Both legal processes allowing increased online censorship. Net neutrality’s issue is that without it, companies can distribute things differently by program, like giving google chrome less materials because they are sponsored by Bing. Article 13 is the increased rights to copyright, meaning things like memes or news articles may be banned in some way

Germany- I have no fear about it. It’s a modern world with rising friction, but they’re in the EU and they’re also not, yknow, fascist?
Italy- I don’t know much but I highly doubt he’ll win. Not only because a lot of people hate his family but also because Mussolini (WW2) was considered incompetent.
Japan- Probably won’t gain enough power in the movement for a long while.

As a big fan of Halo, let me input this: Very well done! But I wouldn't say this is accurate to Noble Six. Six is fully customizable but the default look is gray with different pieces. This is just a custom spartan, not based on Six's original design. Fantastic work though
