I think only an idiot would judge someone purely on age alone, that's as stupid as judging someone by skin color. I have seen young people bust there ass and young slackers. I have also seen older people who slack and ones that can out work most folks. Work ethic is an individual quality

My youngest is learning how to fix/repair roofs of the mansions in Detroit. I had trouble getting the kid to cut the grass. He's actually doing pretty good so far. Working for his grandfather ,Papa is old school and doesn't put up with shit. Lol. I always tell kids to go for the trade schools if they don't won't/can't go to college. There's quit a few free programs through the school system that are not being taken advantage of. I don't think age is a,factor for work ethic.
