I once had to pretend everything was fine, even though there was tissue stuck inside my nose after I used it to sneeze, and everytime someone looked at me, I had to pretend to be fine even if every second I was concerned it would just disappear and I ended up choking.

I lost my last bit of hope today when I waited in a queue for god knows how long for a jam doughnut, and then proceeded to drop it on the floor before I got to eat it. Would have just picked it back up if it hadn't been for the bazillions of people in college all witnessing the doughnut's fall. Sigh.
