Also, i'd challenge the idea that PP(at the executive level) is dedicated to anything except grabbing cash.

" it’s unethical for a service provider to not present an option just because they don’t personally believe in it."
Isn't part of a provider's purpose to guide people to well being based off of their knowledge/beliefs?

Wow, it sounds like you spotted a fantastic opportunity to start a discount emergency response company!
I apologize for the sarcasm, but i am serious. If the OP thinks an ambulance ride is worth so little i see two likely possibilities:
1) you're right. And you should be able to run an admirable and growing company by offering a cheaper ambulance option.
2) you are greatly underestimating the complexity of what goes into what appears to be a 20 min ride to the emergency room.
I'm thinking its the ladder.

I believe you're correct in your thinking. PP has become so political that the idea of a program that helps people is too far off the radar to become a reality.
Any non profit with federal $ flowing will become corrupt after decades. I believe what you are suggesting is precisely whats needed.

Why is calling a country a 'sh!t hole' considered racist?

I think the op assumes animals have their sh!t together in the same way 17 year olds assume 28 year olds have their sh!t together..... they don't.

The current reality is no employment at all, so there is some real value to this debate. Shame on the Angry Woman for her attempt to shut down conversation.

Alternate phrasing of the question #2: Should employers be forced to allow disadvantaged people to take advantage of their company's customers, owners, partners, and employees?

That makes sense. In the united states, it is very common to be falsely accused of racism. There is far fewer racist people here than media and the internet would have you think. Politics and media have drawn an arbitrary line down the middle of the country and they have successfully convinced most people that you have to be either one or the other.
For example, if you believe in capitalism, you must be a Republican and therefore you are a racist.
Or: you believe we should strive to take care of our planet therefore you must like to murder babies and take away all freedoms.
It's frustrating to see so many people fall for it and this OP picks out one of those issues.

Guest, we agree again.
Freedom means that you can stand up and voice your opinion WITHOUT consequence. But it also means you have the freedom to be unique in your opinion, offensive, immoral, or even flat out wrong.
.
Freedom isn't about everyone feeling comfortable, it's about having the right to get uncomfortable if you need to or want to.

I think you're missing the point. The word being described here is identity politics. It became the liberal weapon of choice in the battle for the 2008 presidential campaign and it went like this: "if you disagree with president Obama, you must be racist".

Freedom is a difficult thing. The freedoms that allow for endless opportunity are the same ones that allow people to do bad things. Right now, the whole world is concentrating on the bad parts of the USA. Like everything, it's a pendulum and it'll swin back at some point.... it always does
