FIRST OFF PEOPLE: When your defending yourself- Damn straight! Shoot his/her ass! It doesn't matter if your black or white! I think that it's wrong that the Judicial system sees that all white assaults toward black people is racist! When your defending yourself you have a right to that! Read the 2nd amendment. And I think it's wrong that a black person can get away with killing a white person and not have it considered racist! SECOND OFF: The Judicial system is so messed up right now it doesn't even matter. THIRD: The "race card" is played both ways which is fucked up. If a black person shoots a white man out of defense he is not guilty. And Vise Versa. Case Closed. ~From a concerned 13 year old.
