It’s a surname. Not only is that something that totally doesn’t matter, but it’s also HER surname and HER choice, not his. The fact that he would even argue with her about something so petty, much less fill her car with concrete, is pathetic, and it shows that he has absolutely no confidence.

Typically a comfortable slow pace, faster than jogging but slower than 5k pace. Mostly on recovery days we focus on form and stride, the pace comes naturally with the stride you do.

Only four miles? That’s a recovery distance for my xc team. It probably wasn’t hard for Kenyan runners at all, I’m sure they’re much more fit than us.
