This is actually an accurate description of her unlike those stupid Disney Fairies movies. Tink was a jerk in the original Peter Pan.

It's called a colored pencil. It's a pencil that is a different color than gray/black. Crayon is used to define the wax colored drawing utensil.

Maybe I'm thinking Canadian/Canadien. I was in Canada for about 36 hours, so I didnt really notice much other than a way better credit card system, clean streets, nice people, and the use of Celsius.
