It's a thing in display that people should be allowed to do what they want. Their own versions of characters.
I have seen videos of her making her costumes herself, and she is talented, and sweet.

Many that live deserve death. And some that die deserve life. Can you give it to them? Then do not be too eager to deal out death in judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all end.
