I agree you should, especially when you can enlist to die for your country at 18 and otherwise be an adult in every other aspect. However, not everyone sees it that way

Drinking age is 21 in the US so they may not be able to be driven home to their parents anyway. Especially when we can move out, hold jobs, pay taxes and everything else at either 16 or 18

It might have, I haven't touched the stuff in years. My skin can be sensitive with certain products though so it could have been another reaction

They did lighten my skin quite a bit, I also used the highest spf sunscreen I could when I did go outside.
I think a scar cream could maybe help with the kind of acne scars? I have the same problem with my skin but I don't try very hard to find solutions. I think a bleaching cream would mostly irritate your skin and make the redness worse. A few times my face felt hot and like it was burned almost.

I'm half Mexican and I used to use Asian bleaching creams to lighten my skin because of similar comments. I don't anymore, you have to be proud of who you are :)

He's made quite a few racist comments including once saying to throw battery acid on a girl to lighten her skin :(

It looks like graphite so you could get the same effect from rubbing a pencil all I've read your face. I don't think it would work for anyone. If someone with a darker complexion were looking for a good highlighter I'd use the Cover fx liquid highlighters or the Makeup Forever starlit powders. If they were willing to spend that money on a Jefree Star product it would probably be better to just grab one of those.

He also has a black highlighter too which really defeats the point. But the quality of his products is regularly sketchy

They're there all the time, just ask for one. Make sure your pup is with you because whipped cream deflates fast :)

As someone with D sized breasts, I don't think that really falls under "suffocating." It depends on the weight of the woman.
