As did my parents. And in all honesty, my parents who are 50 knew the risks when they started at teenagers. They still tried it. The excuse of "the risks weren't obvious" barely applies. Yes it's hard to quit, but is it more valuable than a better quality of life? No.

Really? I get heart spasms if I have too much caffeine and I'm more hyper. I usually aim for +3 hours of physical activity every day to exhaust myself

It drives me mental. There is a huge difference between ADHD and a sugar high. That's the last thing that it needs to be compared to

23 and I was lowered down to 200mg adderall from Ritalin cause of health issues. I took Ritalin since I was a young kid. It didn't help me focus but apparently it was strong enough to knock me into a zombie trance, and I wasn't "too much energy for the classroom"

No no! It's really bad in dry cold weather, it pulls the moisture from your lips and causes it to evaporate

Never lick your lips. Caffeine and refined carbs also cause skin issues, so if you drink/eat a lot of that, water may not help

Our murder rates are so much lower, and by having less access to guns, we have managed to keep it this low. Same with many other countries in the world. Majority of the murders here are more "clear." Not that any murder is good, but we have a lot less senseless murder. Most have a definite reason, generally drugs. Robberies rarely involve guns, etc.
I'm saying this as a Canadian, and living one of Canada's largest cities, where my father in law was chief of the homicide unit for 25 years.

It is true, and it's actually pretty cool if you look at it. The biggest difference between black & white skeletons are the hips which is why black people generally are better at running but white people are better at skating. I saw it on Discovery when Discovery had decent shows.
