I would have to say thats a gross underevaluation. The 10% of people, why do you think cancel culture is so relevant nowadays. People quickly move to a state of resistance when a fact/opinion is different from theirs or their families. In that state of resistance emotion takes hold and they feel entitled to push back against something that isn't familiar with them.

Could have been getting attacked by a bird of some sort. Them spraying venom like that is taxing on their body and reduces their venom deposit. The venom also doesnt do anything if it lands on the skin. It has to go into an opening of the body to be effective. Eyes, mouth,nose etc.

I completely agree with this. Finding that healthy balance is difficult because were not cookie cutter individuals. We all have different metabolisms, eating styles, bodily desires, and more. Find a look that is reachable for you, would fit you best, and seek programs that challenge you physically.
