The EXACT COMMENT was "I'd slug the guy in the face. " No mention of being startled, or anything else. Just a comment threatening violence. And, then, an explanation trying to weasel out of it, WAY after the fact. The time to use the "startled" defense would have been after the original reply. So, not buying it.

I DO have an account/user name, and I agree with the guest. DON'T go to a movie, bother other people by talking out loud, and then get mad when you are shushed or kicked out. So, is my identical opinion now more valid since you have a name to associate it with? It is not my real name, of course, so I can't see what possible difference it makes.
