Vine got plenty of original contents that even til now, you can quote a random sentence (my fav is "look at all those chickens") and people will know exactly what it is.
Vine had it's unique points; original, random and meme.
Tiktok doesn't. The most noticeable thing about tiktok is cover, dance cover, lip sing cover, makeup cover,... There is no original nor creative.
