Yes this was on Film Theory. Incest increases your disease chance by X. The immune systems are too similar and science stuff TL;DR not as good. It basically cuts your immunity into 1/5 of what it was. Then continues per generation. If someone outside of your family comes and child makes, then the immunity is basically set back to normal or close to it.
