I know. It isn't easy to remember this during a panic attack. I've forgotten this multiple times during mine. The other techniques work though, and with practice are easier to remember.

But it does help.
Also, focusing anxiety i to one spot in your body (stomach usually) then moving up to your chest, then shoulders, arms, hands, and then pushing out into a wall.
Or pushing out of your lungs.
