Not if you watched it as a kid, which a lot of us did

He might have been out with friends who wanted to see it in 3d, plus the screen is nearly impossible to make out without the glasses

It was quite satisfying... I want to say more but I don't want to spoil it for by-passers who haven't watched it yet

Kind a goes to show how nowadays in kids shows (especially ones aimed at young girls) everyone has to be really super pretty and skinny, even if they're kids. I was never a fan of the original show, but seeing this massive design change from the original does anger me quite a bit.

As someone with braces, I think about this all the time. 25 comments

In the Gone series they mentioned a girl who out grew her braces while they were all trapped in the FAYZ.... If I remember correctly she attempted to remove them with a wire cutter but screwed up and ended up with wire sticking out of her mouth and the inability to close her mouth any more

Not really. She was more of a cyborg than an android as they do say 'she was once human' and they have a kid together

I remember they once told a bible story using cowboys, and sometimes they even did non-bible stories, like they had an Easter movie parodying A Christmas Carol. They were quite good quality for something associated with religion (by this I of course mean that most other methods of getting children into religion were things such as Jesus comic books, yes those existed, I had some, and incredibly preechy books and other movies we'd be forced to read/watch in Sunday school) I also recall last year they showed one of the more recent Veggie tales movies on YTV and it actually turned out to be pretty good. I'm amazed the religious show is the show that actually held up from my childhood.

I loved it so much, I still find it to be one of the only 'non preachy' ways of teaching bible stories to kids. I sometimes I have to watch them with the kids I babysit, I still find them quite entertaining

See this is why my parents quickly got me my own play room with a TV and VHS player as a kid, because before I drove them mad with my nonstop Veggietales marathons
