with loads of debt, these colleges don't care about you as a person. You are a cash cow to them. They don't care you went into debt and got a loan as long as they have their money. And that's why this is messed up. I feel that higher education is a privilege bestowed upon our country as a symbol of freedom, and we need to treat it as such. Colleges should stop getting so much assistance. We need to ditch these useless degrees and give incentive and focus on the jobs that America as a whole needs. Trade schools should be more widely recognized (I can become a surgical tech within like 3 years, minimal debt, and a decent starting salary?! Hell yes!), and parents NEED to be involved with their children's education from the get-go to ensure that they question their lives and by questioning, that they are wanting to further their education. Education as a whole needs to be overhauled, but I don't think it should fall on all taxpayers to pay for college. I think the government needs to take

The problem with college is the fact that we let the government get involved with student loans. While that seems absurd, it's kind of true. Suddenly, college was available for everyone, and that meant frivolous degrees (like getting a Masters in Medieval literature or a bachelor of arts in women's studies) were soon widely accessible. I'm not saying that those degrees are completely useless. They're useful on a smaller scale, but when everyone starts getting those degrees instead of specialized STEM fields or technical degrees, they're useless on a large scale and we don't need that many jobs. Now, because colleges suddenly had the government giving them money, they're all like, let's get more of these easy, useless degrees! Let's charge outrageous amounts for better profits, and to cover expenses of professors and supplies!! You have the government giving these colleges what is guaranteed money for them, but crippling for students (where's my 1.5% federal interest rate, you pricks?!)

That looks like a bit of a hoax. Researching this, the bike went through many changes after its initial invention (from big wheels to a big and little wheel, to 3 wheels, to even helping grant women rights!), but this was not a norm during the war. Yes, during WWII, there was a rubber shortage since the Japanese captured a principal rubber producing area in the Far East in 1942, which eliminated sources of 90% of the world's rubber production (source: Wedt, Paul. The Control of Rubber in World War II. The Souther Economic Journal. January, 1947.). This forced the US to create a synthetic rubber. There were also stories of people putting newspapers in their tires of vehicles to make them last as long as possible, since originally it was extremely difficult to get new tires...
TL;DR There was a rubber shortage during WWII, but it didn't make people ride steampunk inspired bicycles

Especially considering the fact that gas degrades quickly when exposed to oxygen and siphoning from cars would be useless in 2 years.

It's true. I suggest finding a salon that works with Wigs For Kids, and also Friends Are By Your Side, where both provide free wigs and styling services. Your donations through those charities are a tremendous help :) Most of the time, people you see with wigs tend to be children that were struck with cancer. It helps them feel a little more normal in a situation that is anything but.

I think it's important that the first offense is not necessarily punished. It hurt more to have a parent disappointed than grounding. We have tried this method. One time, my daughter told me she was taking Daddy's bar change he kept on his bedside table and putting it in her piggy bank. I told her thanks for telling me, but that is naughty and I am sad she felt the need to do that. I told her she wasn't in trouble, but if it happens again, that she would be punished. Seems to work, hasn't happened again. Hopefully this will somehow work in high school :/ I was a very awkward, nerd child and never did anything crazy. That shit hit me in college instead.

Support your local coffee cafes! They provide better service, tend to have fresher ingredients, and it's just better service all around. I love my local places. We have one called The Brew and it's located inside an old church from the 30's.

A side note: Your f-stop needs to be at a lower setting when paired with a higher ISO in low light settings. On cameras that are not that great, though, the higher ISO usually does result in a grainier picture, and the result is you cannot enlarge it like a picture with a lower ISO.

I haven't had cable for like 7 years now and I have never regretted it. We have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Shows we want to stay current with, we just buy, and we like it that way!! We're way too busy to schedule our time around shows. TV shows are for when you're done at the end of a day and ready to relax, not something to have your life revolve around.
