You never become a burden to your true friends because of your problems. And if you are scared to open up to your real friends, you can open up to friends on fs, find some strangers on the internet, or write (eventually go) to some psychologist with your problem. I don´t know if every country has this, but for example in our state we have stg called Safety line, which is for children that feel depressed, bullied, endangered or is anything wrong with them. You can always find help, you just need to stop be shy and tell someone, otherwise, nobody can help you if nobody knows that something´s wrong with you...
