Honey, I'm eighteen and I'm having this problem with dreams that I had every night of last week.

Sharpen the end on some rough concrete then stab a person.
Simply ram the end into someone's eye and keep ramming.
Forcibly shove the brush end down their throat until it gets stuck.
Just use my imagination.
