It's fairly quiet but most, if not all, members came from FS
Also, you might need to add 'https://' in front of the rest. I wasn't able to post the link with it attached

The game itself doesn't. These are custom characters some players made in the online version of the game

This video from their official channel on Youtube has a decent amount in it, but there hasn't been much more outside of this as far as I know. Not able to include urls but hopefully this helps:

Saving works a bit differently in NMS. You can build a portable Save Point in the build menu (Z on keyboard, unsure of controllers), or you exit your ship. The Save Point acts as a manual save, whereas the ship is an autosave.

The VR experience is amazing from what I've heard, though a lot of people have complained about performance and bugs, which should be fixed soon enough. I'd give personal experience but I'm poor lol

Transwomen are incapable of producing and fertilizing eggs, though that may change in the future. Many save sperm because after a year or so on hormones, they no longer produce any, and so some will save sperm for if they plan to have children after transitioning.

It's a Central-Processing Unit (CPU), one of the fundamental components of a computer. AMD and Intel are the 2 biggest names in the industry as far as CPUs go. AMD has managed to build a reputation for itself due to manufacturing CPUs that are either similar or better than their Intel counterparts, albeit at a lower price.

Izzy's a lot more cuddly so she doesn't sit still for too long

Though I personally don't have anything against having multiple divisions, doing so could potentially mean not having enough competitors in the new divisions.

There hasn't been much as far as I know but the little bits of gameplay I've seen have looked pretty solid. Looks like they've been handling everything else well enough too.

Not meaning to be rude, but I'm getting the idea that my post wasn't very clear, so I'll restate a few things:
1. I acknowledged that there's advantages to having had T for as long as she did and was simply highlighting that her T levels were lower than ciswomen at the time of the event, as the article stated otherwise.
2. I'm not making it a far-right/transphobic thing. The site the post is based off of is known to be both, and biased journalists are known to use misleading and/or false information. This was the case here and can be seen throughout the article.
3. The article made the point of saying her T levels were higher than her competitors, despite that being false due to T suppressors. Never did I say that transitioning was about suppressing T. I'm trans myself and have yet to go on any T blockers/suppressors.

This isn't always the case but if depression is linked to something else and you know what it is, it can help to seek out someone who specializes in that. I'm seeing one atm and it helps but I understand that it's different for everyone, so it may or may not work for you.

How has serving impacted you? 22 comments

Thanks for the answers! I never realized some of those differences before, so it's interesting to know how big of a difference it can be. It did bring up another question though, if you don't mind me asking again.
Are certain issues tied purely to sex that a difference in hormones would have little to no impact on? I know the hormones would change a lot of things, I'm just not sure of everything that isn't affected.

Just out of curiosity, how would hormones affect your job as a medic? I figured if anything, it would change based on whether it's dominantly Estrogen or Testosterone in their body, but I know very little of the specifics of your job.

Health care in itself isn't as far as I know, so I don't disagree with you there. The problem comes in the sense that people in the health care industry are allowed to discriminate against trans people, which civil rights laws are meant to prevent.

The main one that has gone into effect is that trans people can be denied care based on religious beliefs. There's also plans to allow homeless shelters to deny trans people, as well as denying them health care as a whole.

Not all of these have been put into effect, but here's a list. It focuses more on trans people, but there's a few that concern the LGBT community as a whole:

I can try searching for more if anyone's interested.

Maybe this is the wrong way to look at it, but I see it as the embassies flying the Pride flag to show their support for Pride month, which wouldn't have the same impact if it were just the American flag.
