For those that don’t know, using maze should keep a creature trapped for the duration of the spell, unless they succeeded at throwing a 20 with modifiers, however 8 intelligence would give a -1 modifier making it impossible to throw a high enough saving throw to end the spell early. Basically a 8 intelligence barbarien should be trapped the entire 10 minutes it is in the spell. But the spell has a unique quirk where Minotaur and 1 other race will auto succeed the saving throw no matter what they throw Thereby terrifying the wizard
