I'll give fair warnings as well. DON'T SHOP ON THE WEEKENDS. Do NOT shop after 4 PM on weekdays. Prime hours for Wal-Mart shopping is before 4PM and after 9AM Monday through Thursday, and from 9 AM to noon on Fridays.

Mine's torture techniques, painful illnesses, and how quickly blood solidifies below freezing. My friends mom walked in on the first one once. She was very concerned.

It's quite possible you are suffering from depression. This is one of the many possible symptoms. My suggestion is to see a counselor or psychiatrist (they're awesome), and program the suicide hotline into your phone for instance the one for the U.S. is 8002738255 and http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/ offers a free online chat option. You don't even have to tell them your name. They're there for when you desperately need someone to talk to and understand. You can also always chat with me on substance or PM me on AO3 under the same username.

I promise it's NOT "ridiculousness". My parents didn't believe me for a long time either. I was just "shy" to them. I was told "talking to people really isn't that hard", and "I could make more friends if I tried". A lot of the times for people with mental illnesses, those around them do not believe something is wrong because they cannot physically see it, and they don't want to believe it. On the other hand, you don't have to listen to people who are blind, and are unable to accept that metal illnesses are just as real as physical ones. THEY ARE WRONG. If you know something is wrong, then something is wrong. You are NOT "being ridiculous". People with depression cannot just "be happier". People with anxiety cannot just "calm down" and "stop worrying". Feel free to contact me if you ever need to talk. If you do I promise never to accuse you of being ridiculous.
