That's a little bit how I felt when I discovered I had a star. It doesn't really mean much, but it makes me just a little bit happier inside.

I know; most people dread push-ups or cardio, but for me, I hate just lying there, having your stomach feel like it's slowly catching on fire, and waiting for the timer to beep after the longest 45 seconds/ minute of your life.

And in fact, if I am remembering correctly, Anne Hathaway got upset when someone asked her how she lost all that weight for the movie, because she said she did it to look like she was dying, not so she would look good.
