Of course not if he was the president! The POINT is that the money that people are donating to his campaign isn't being waisted on private planes. The majority of the people who are contributing to his campaign are just ordinary people, he's trying to respect them by choosing to spend that money responsibly. He's showing that he understands that they are working hard for the money they're donating.
