I think falsely accusing someone should have strict consequences, because just the allegations ruin people's lives. You can see men that have been proven innocent and they still have lost so much in the process and it's so terribly unfair.

I was just trying to see what exactly you were trying to say. A lot of people on here are just sexist ass holes. I know it was rape, I don't blame myself anymore. I just couldn't figure out if you were blaming real rape victims or not. I do agree with you that if a girl says she's been raped and it wasn't rape (in my opinion) she should go to jail. Because of women who lie, other women who are telling the truth have to deal with people doubting their story. They piss me off as much as a rapist. If you're someone who has been assaulted and then no one believes you it hurts just as much as the assault it seems.

A lot of it is trolls, or if you have a debate on one post and they don't like your opinion they'll down vote you on all your comments. I've had that happen to me.

I put myself in a bad situation, I thought I was safe. It was my boyfriend, we'd never discussed sex at anytime. I wasn't a drinker so when I did drink it knocked me on my ass. I woke up with him having sex with me, I got scared tried to push him off and passed back out. Not even my best friend believed me, so I didn't tell anyone else. So is that my fault? Is that what you're saying?
