Take muffin tin. Take piece of sliced ham that you'd use for luncheon meat for example. Pat down ham slice to get rid of excess moisture. Place inside muffin tin making a cup shape. Crack egg in the ham cup. Add a bit of salt and as much pepper as you want. Put pieces of cheese on top (avoid parm, makes it taste weird. try cheddar to start). Bake in oven at 375 for 15-20 min on the middle rack depending how much you want your yolk cooked. enjoy. I make this all the time and i love it. Try adding hot sauce at the end or add chives before baking. Endless possibilities!
