Well for the none of above and all of able narrows it down to two answers. Because if it was none of the above, the answer would be all of the above. But that couldn't be it, because if it was that then none of the above would be part of the answer. Do I make sense?

In mine he know he's in a book. And in the middle he tells we he's dying. Every time she turns the page, he dies a little more. But she has to finish the book. He has to end. But they can always start over their adventure. But he won't remember her. Only vaguely.
