Yes! It's one of the vilest things I've had the displeasure of putting into my mouth. Ugh.
Those are Jelly Belly's Beanboozled jelly beans, by the way. Betty Botts Every Flavor Beans area bit different.

That is oddly touching. I don't generally support, you know, thieves and robbers but they get a tiny bit of my respect for that. Not nearly enough to replace my disdain at their choice of lifestyle, but a tiny bit nonetheless.

Why thank you, fuzzykitty! Life isn't always "fair" but the hard parts really can turn out amazing.

I was married to her brother. I'm not anymore but we're still pretty close; I can't have anymore children and she won't try again (the son she had after the miscarriage is on the low functioning end of the autism spectrum and takes a LOT of her attention) so we have an odd sort of bond. She has my boys and I have her girl. :-)

Awwwww, my former sister in law told me a few days ago that when she dies the first thing she'll do is find her daughter. She found out that she was pregnant a month after I did and we couldn't wait to have our kids at almost the same time. She miscarried, and I frequently wonder what it would be like to have a niece so close to my daughter's age.

The Rhett Lamb kid had a chiari malformation (I hope I spelled that right) and once they corrected it be began sleeping normally again. I love a happy ending!

That sounds a little bit fabulous! :-) Except the arachnid part, I'm indescribably terrified of spiders. They make me squeal and jump around and, on an occasion or 500, cry. I don't like those ghastly things one bit!

It's a constant source of amusement, we just keep adding to it as funny things come up so it's really random and most people have no clue what any of it means. I love it! :-) What weird stuff would be on your wall? I'd like a little insight about what goes on in the mind of a deadpool! :-p

This is an oil painting 7 comments

I have not verified this title, but oil paint is amazing. Mixing it with other substances van create amazing effects. The fact that it takes ages to dry means you have almost limitless possibilities for altering and playing with it after you begin painting!

Does that creepy bastard have gigantic teeth? Between the apparent desire to walk amongst humans, the sheer size, and the teeth I'm pretty sure I never want to swim again.

"Bubbles" is my sanity saver at work. I really, really wish I could post stuff because one wall in my office is dedicated to ridiculous things that I adore, and I printed off the word bubbles in giant red letters. It holds a place of honor with Captain Thunder, a honey badger, a big butt made out of punctuation, a Bouvier des Flandres, and a Cane Corso.

I must have that dog! My kitty looks like that last little guy, except evil. For the 995th time I tried to upload a post and it just timed out, but I think someone snuck in, put stuff on my Marshall's head and slunk back out. I would prove it if I could.

Your link told me it's forbidden. Probably because no matter what you think, have to say, ruminate upon or speculate, saying "bubbles" repeatedly will always eventually lead to uncontrollable giggling. So much that your face hurts. And you'll hate it. But you. Can't. Stop.

I think the point was that they were so entranced and captivated by one another that they took for granted they'd see each other again and just let the music guide them to dance. If I recall correctly, they only show 1 or 2 dances as well, so who knows when she actually arrived.

That might be the unahappiest looking cat I've ever seen, and that's including my seriously ticked off kitten that got tricked into getting neutered on Friday.

Maybe if you asked nicely. For $50 per rolling pin she ought to be willing to do it. Etsy is a creative community anyway, who is she to stifle your creative ways?

There is an Etsy shop that sells these, and she has way more than just dinosaurs! You can create personalized designs. https://www.etsy.com/shop/ValekRollingPins

Apparently it somehow is, I think I've read about 2 lawsuits. How horrible would that be? You'd think suffering the loss of your child would be bad enough, but having to fend off debt collectors? It's just awful.

This is better than what happens with student loans. There have been a number of situations recently where students' parents have been held responsible for loans that they didn't sign for after their child's death. Talk about adding insult to injury!

Blind Date With A Book 23 comments

Welcome! I definitely didn't do it justice, but that's the gist of it. I don't know if you've read much Vonnegut, but for me he's definitely one of those authors where I have to read each book at least a second time to fully appreciate him. Slaughterhouse 5 can be sort of disorienting because of the way it's written but it's worth it!
