People don't realize that there are awful things in commercial pet food. Most of it can't really be considered meat, anyway.

Either way, I don't feed my dog vegan pet food, but at the same time, being a vegan, I understand why some would want their pets to be vegan.

UGH. You have to do it right, guys! There is vegan cat food. BUT IT'S MADE SPECIFICALLY TO BE VEGAN CAT FOOD. Vets and scientists had to put blood, sweat, and tears into a vegan diet that's actually safe! You can't just feed your cat whatever fruits and vegetables and expect them to survive! And some cannot thrive on a vegan diet. They're not humans! Humans may be herbivores but cats are carnivores!
