Did my own research last night and this particular breed is called Ayam Cemani. It's mostly used in religious ceremonies in Indonesi. Not generally eaten though some say iit's tastier than other chicken.
Another breed is called a silkie. It's generally black but with silk like white feathers and is more often eaten, usually in soups. The taste is said to be gamey for chicken. No word on black orange chicken
