The Switch can run huge games Like BotW and Witcher, but can't hand the imported graphics and "high-quality animations" of imported Pokémon.

Some solid choices there, Ew. If we're going through generations, mine are:
Gen 1: Charizard, Lapras, Eevee, Vaporeon, Flareon (sorry Jolteon), Articuno, Zapdos, Mewtwo
Gen 2: Feraligatr, Furret, Crobat, Ampharos, Skarmory
Gen 3: Sceptile, Blaziken, Swampert, Gardevoir, Masquerain, Flygon, Altaria (especially shiny), Absol (the ace of my team), the Eon Duo and the Weather Trio
Gen 4: Empoleon, Garchomp, Lucario (my other ace), Weavile, Leafeon, Glaceon and Dialga
Gen 5: Krookodile, Zoroark, Volcarona (especially if shiny) and Virizion
Gen 6: Aegislash, Sylveon, Noivern, Xerneas
Gen 7: Decidueye, Lycanroc, Golisopod, Tapu Koko, Lunala, Nihilego, Necrozma and Zeraora
Is Chandelure on every one of your teams (when avaliable? I always have an Absol and Lucario 'cause between them they have a lot of coverage (plus they're cool & cute)

Gen 3 is my favourite because of the starters, Flygon, Milotic, Absol (my absolute favourite), Metagross, the Eon duo and the Weather trio - plus the rivals and I like the storyline more than the others.
I'm genuinely curious why Gen V is yours, because I haven't heard of many people liking it

Also, Masuda stated that they will not be adding them in a later update or DLC, which is so goddamn stupid.

It's obviously Gen 3. That aside, that tree is hideous. Not only to they cut a huge chunk of Pokémon out, but they also don't even put effort into trees. This will be the first Pokémon game that I'm not going to buy.
