I think if they were legit starving, then they would loosen their principles. Hell I would, and everyone I know probably would, and so would the overwhelming majority of people in this world would change their minds if it was a legitament life or death scenario. They may hate themselves afterward, but in the moment all you care about is living

So the logical thing to do is just assume that the person is just riding on an anti gluten trend? Also I think you're mistaken on the point of the majority of that movement just being a trend, and would like to point out that just because someone is the loudest doesn't mean they're the most representative.

And the Vegan can still eat bread (unless my understanding of how bread is made is wrong). Also notice how the Vegan is in the overwhelming minority, being one out of possibly hundreds.

The last two are actually legitament concerns. If someone has a gluten allergy they can't eat the bread. If the fish has really high levels of mercury then it's dangerous.

If all the things in the list can only be nouns (e.g. a dog, a cat and a pig) then it's not necessary. If the final nouns can also be adjectives then use it (e.g. Bob, a Dj, and a clown)

I really hope Fin turns out to be a Jedi too, I mean, the fact he was able to hold his own vs Kylo... When he should have died in 3 seconds flat, not only did he give enough time for Rey to get back into the fight, HE DIDN'T DIE. (Referring to the part were Fin dueled Kylo with a lightsaber)
