Tinky Winky, Laa-Laa, and Po are dressed to test the first round of the experimental cure to Patient Zero A.K.A. Dipsy.
Patient Zero was the first to contact an odd virus that caused its stomach television to subliminally control its victims into killing themselves.
Its former friends watched in horror as all the little children that viewed the show all killed themselves within hours of the broadcast. The children ranged from 2 years of age up to 5 years.

Backstory:
Tigress lost her cubs during birth and became depressed and wouldnt eat
Her keepers dressed the piglets as tigers to give her something to care for in hopes of bringing her out of her depression
