I totally agree with you, but let me ask you this. Lets say you're a white person (I don't know if you are.) and you were with a Hispanic. Hypothetically speaking you murder someone and you and that person get sent for interrogation, but they immediately send the Hispanic to death row just because of his race and you had 1 chance to clear him..would you do it? Or would you try to stay calm feeling guilty inside but not wanting to do anything since you fear death even though you deserve it.
