OK, simplest explanation: this is Mr. Bean. (You probably knew that already, sorry.) Anyway, he's kind of crashing (ooh, that's a terrible pun) a school demonstration day. The Army set up a recruitment post for demo day, complete with a tank monster truck show, (yeah, the British army is cool) and poor Mr Bean's beloved Mini Cooper got squashed under the tank...
