A lot of 3rd world countries have more criminals but cant contain them and most of europe cant contain all of them or just doesnt have as many opportunities for people to commit crimes. People in england have less rights and less people have less space to commit crimes in my opinion.

Well im not just saying its skin color but it is by chance that majority of blacks like i quoted are in a much poorer state of living which comes from the fact that they grow up in ghettos and slums where criminals and their activities are romanticized. Every criminal to them is like a scar face and a way to achieve power they arent taught the legal ways of achieving power which is usually doing good in school or at least finishing and going up in business and reading books and continuing to learn info. Instead they numb their brains with drugs and think walking around with pistols is the key to power. This is a cultural thing which is why you see asian and white children flourishing in business and capitalistic society. They are taught a different set of morals and are expected and pushed to achieve more than black children. This is also why i think it is ok for police officers to be suspicious not accuse them but to more often suspect them then not. High incarceration i think is due

So a big problem with your logic is that white people are committing proportional rates of crimes to the population. White people are 62 percent of the entire population in the U.S. so obviously they would be responsible for a higher percentage of crimes. What is concerning though is how much that changes for the black community which at 13-14% is committing nearly identical numbers to a population size 4 times as big. So there would be a greater chance of a black man committing a crime statistically than a white man. This also does not include the fact that the majority of slum areas or crime infested areas are populated by a majority of African american's whereas suburbs and nicer neighborhoods commit way less crimes and are populated by more white people. I fail to see how it is bad for police officers to suspect people for being black when they are at a higher chance of committing crimes as compared to white people.

I mean you cant argue with the numbers at some point you wonder is profiling justified and if so to what extent is it. Like you know to be suspicious is alright suspect crime from a the likeliest source which is black should be ok but murder and incarceration based alone on suspicion is not ok
