Actually, the Freedom of Speech only means you won't have legal repercussions for what you say ( unless it's a threat, because those are illegal ). So you can say all the racial slurs you want and not go to jail or be sued, but people can refuse service or ban you from their websites because of it.

Some people keep getting passed the IP ban ( be it because they're good with technology ) or they use internet elsewhere and stick to a guest account.
My mind when elsewhere from my hands, I didn't mean harder to get their IP as much as harder to ban them with it

Because a lot of the guests like to use the anonymity and abuse it
I don't think we can even ban guests because it's harder to get their IP to IP ban them and they don't have an account
I really do feel that the guest option should be cut for awhile just to see how it goes.
