Then she is harming herself AND the child she wants since smoking even at the beginning of pregnancy can harm later development. Where do you suggest the money come from then ? I'm all for necessary workers getting paid more, but entertainers get paid that much for a reason ( mostly overpriced merchandise ) and taking money from them won't change anything. Raising prices for necessary workers won't change anything either. No one would go to the doctor anymore if it cost $500 for a simple checkup where all the doctor does is check your symptoms and asks how you're doing. Not even a blood test or x-rays.
