Well, red hair occurs in about 1% of the population
Blue eyes occur in 8% ( most likely a paler skinned person because their skin lacks melanin, and sometimes their hair does as well, so it would make sense for their eyes to )
Brown eyes hold the highest at 50% because that is the human norm. Everything else is a mutation.
But it might be that blue is recessive to green, so if you have the green and blue gene, green is more likely to show without all the stuff to make blue dominant. So since red hair is also recessive that's probably why.
