The thing is, though, laws typically explain WHAT happens. Its a description and an observation. On the other hand, theories explain WHY something happens, or the cause of it. Theories don't become laws, since they don't address the same things.

I think that's mainly because it's a really intense movie. I really enjoyed it, but there were moments when I was squirming in my seat or had to look away for a moment. It wasn't that it was too gruesome, or something. It was just that it was so - for lack of a better word - intense.
