I really don't think she could. It is what's called xyloglossy (wood tongue), those are words made from latin. French language allows to invent words immediately understandable if the interlocutor knows a little of latin.

C'est comme un code secret !! En même temps, nous, on parle un anglais plus que correct (bordel une partie de mon travail est de traduire mails, modes opératoire ou carrément d'assister aux réunions Paris-Bangalore parce que le français n'est pas la pierre angulaire de ma chef), je ne voudrais pas dire mais en France, même pour ceux qui ne parlent pas bien anglais, ils arrivent à plutôt bien se débrouiller!
Mais les pays anglophones, meeeh, quel besoin d'apprendre une autre langue... Et je ne te parle même pas de NYC qui ne sont pas au courant des décalages horaires (via mon boulot encore)...
