I feel like this has been said a lot, but it's not just the kinder egg that's illegal, but any foods with toys or objects in them are, so it classifies under that category.

I feel like it really depends on the people and the marriage. My parents have tried fixing it for 24 years now, but can't and are really only staying together for the kids. So don't be criticizing divorce when it is absolutely justified in certain scenarios.
