I read that: There needs to be written consent from the patient (slippery considering he has dementia, which shouldn’t be disclosed in the first place by the worker, that’s a need to know issue), and despite it not being a case of PHI, the stipulation does state, “Photographs or any form of PHI.”
I’m grasping at straws lol, but I basically agree with you totally, all that really matter imo is that the guy is happy during the holidays.

I agree. I initially didn’t like him, but grew to realize he’s pretty much the only character they’ve made that would legit thrive in a game like GTA.
