As a pharmacy tech i can attest that some patients really are this stupid. For instance, when we type the label for suppositories we have to specify "UNWRAP and insert..." (they come wrapped in foil/plastic, should be pretty obvious)

I work at a pharmacy that fills pet prescriptions and we fill for a dog named "Guard Rail". Also I have 2 cats named Leia and Chewbacca.

You can also get out of it by claiming hardship. (You can't financially afford to miss work) Not sure if they require proof of that though.
