Just to be clear, because my jokes aren't always recognized as such, I was joking. There is no way a cat of any color crossing your path can affect your life, unless you trip on it. Or it's a Kizinti/Kilrathi warrior hunting your family.

Ice is still water, it's a change of state not a change of substance. But if Jesus had walked on frozen water I'm sure someone would have called that out. Walking on liquid water makes a much bigger impression.

Yes, my wife get's frustrated when I'm on my laptop, because she can't always tell if I'm working or playing. Code looks like code weather I'm getting payed to write it, or I'm writing something for fun.

In the books Harry admit's he's really not that great of a wizard, the whole "fighting off Voldemort" thing distracted him from most of his studies and he never put that much work into them. He has some natural tallent, but he will never be the the wizard Hermione could become.

Because that's how it FEELS. I actually read it in the voice of Morgan Freeman, so when I got to 'motherfucker' it was 10x more effective because Morgan Freeman usually doesn't swear. Yes, I'd say 1 calm Morgan Freeman "motherfucker" is worth about 10 Samuel Jackson shouted "motherfuckers".
