Making abortions illegal will just make them more dangerous and more expensive 102 comments

And once again, the answering of “what about the mother paying child support if she doesn’t want the kid” is effectively dodged.

Courage is carrying out an action with both high risk and reward. Stupidity is high risk, little-no reward, but carrying out the action anyway. Badassery is constantly being courageous, while winning the reward consistently.

Holy fuck, this was completely unprompted, and yet Obama supporters are the crazy ones? Get a hobby, damn. P.s. I was indifferent with Obama so don’t lump me in for the sake of your weird, sporadic agenda of Funsubstance. P.s.s. You’re calling people bitches over being downvoted...in case you weren’t aware of that.

Yes, but the numbers do not support a need for stricter laws. Igotzapped isn’t wrong in a minority of people setting, but is that how we should dictate what others can and can’t do? Both of the reasonings behind the groups he mentioned are definitely not in the majority. Just because you see something online, that does not mean those numbers are high. Not to mention, people are paid to run fake rallies and to have extreme views just so the “other side” gets less support. You failed to see anything I was saying initially...maybe read this and then reread my original comment.

What a well-constructed, intelligent rebuttal. “Wrong”...with a downvote...wow, you’re absolutely right and have opened my eyes.

What if the father wants it and the mother doesn’t? Will she have to pay child support? Not very likely. And I do enjoy how you went directly after the father. Your typical thinking is why we have counterintuitive laws such as these in the first place.

I love the term “madlad”, there is just something so badass in the type of respect it carries.

You are skewing. First off, most abortions come from a need, it’s not a “hey, I think abortion is cool and I’m going to get one every week” sort of thing. Ask any girl that is open to abortion their reasons for potentially getting one; I bet you 99% will not tell you it’s for “birth control.” Plus, that’s a damn expensive form of birth control. Second, 4th-term abortion is not heavily pushed for. You are talking about a small portion of extremists. OR the mother’s/both her and baby’s lives are at risk, and termination is the only solution to save the mother. If you think we need more restrictive laws because of small groups of people’s reasonings, then your sense of justice, I think, is off-kilter. It’s the same logic as a teacher punishing the whole class for one kid’s outrageous behavior. That sort of “black and white” mentality has never served any country well.

No. Actions do speak louder than words. Even if he just does it for publicity, he is actively making them feel important. As long as he doesn’t slip, then it’s perceptually the same as if he did believe in this message. I personally think he believes in it.

Is it possible Pattinson has true vigilante in his eyes? I think so. If he doesn’t let the public opinion get to him, I think he will rise above his Twilight roles.
